As a dedicated mental health clinician, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their identities, values, and pathways to living authentically. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. By partnering with my clients, I aim to support them in achieving their personal goals and fostering meaningful change.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adults across various life stages. I am passionate about supporting individuals during significant life transitions and have gained experience working with college students and individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Additionally, I am interested in working with older adults to assist them in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities that come with aging. I am also passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring that my practice is inclusive and affirming for all individuals.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking, camping, and staying active through sand volleyball and pickleball.
