I offer a combination of talk therapy, skill-building, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — an eye-movement therapy designed to decrease the emotional reactivity and distressing symptoms experienced following stressful or traumatic events.
I primarily see individuals though I do some work with families. I seem to be an especially good fit for folks who are struggling with codependency, have a history of trauma or unhealthy relationships, or are struggling with self-worth and identity.
