Everyone needs a shoulder to lean on at some point on their lives. As a counselor, I can offer that shoulder to lean on by providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am genuinely committed to understanding your unique story, concerns, and goals, and working collaboratively with you to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs. I believe in an integrative approach to counseling, where I adapt my methods to best suit your individual situation. Drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness and relaxation techniques when appropriate, I aim to explore your concerns, identify patterns, and uncover underlying issues. By fostering open and honest communication, we can gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and develop effective strategies to address them. Together, we will ensure that our work aligns with your needs and objectives.
