My role as a therapist is to support you in feeling more empowered in your life, that journey can look different for each individual client -as it is always centered on your experience and goals for therapy. I enjoy supporting clients in exploring their life’s journeys without judgment; reflecting on their patterns, their values, and seeking new insights. It is important to me to bring curiosity and creativity into sessions, so I will often use humor, visuals, music, poetry, games, manipulatives (and even toys) to clarify or explore issues with clients -and I hope that you would feel comfortable to do so as well.
I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds. I have experience working with adolescents and their families, immigrants and refugees, couples, LGBTQ youth and adults, neuro-diverse clients, folks experiencing grief, trauma, and attachment issues, as well as life-stage issues such as transitions in jobs, or shifting relationship dynamics.

I can adapt a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your needs, including Existential, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Systemic Therapy, mindfulness, DBT, somatic, and Solutions Focused approaches to support you in exploring difficulties and creating solutions.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our families, playing board games, taking long walks in the cities or in state parks, painting, writing poetry and science fiction, studying spirituality, history, culture, and traveling internationally.
