Asking for support is a difficult first step. It is an honor to hear your story and share this opportunity to work collaboratively.
My role as a therapist is to meet you where you are with whatever you are facing. I strive to provide a safe and affirming space open to exploring healing solutions. We all come to therapy with intersecting identities, and I aim to integrate the impact of the sociopolitical into our exploration. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I ultimately believe our minds and bodies hold much of the road map to healing. My modalities of interest include cognitive processing therapy, emotional processing therapy, DBT, sensorimotor, and polyvagal.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with an MSW in clinical mental health. I am currently working on obtaining my LICSW in Minnesota.
