I know this can feel overwhelming, scary, and maybe even too much all at once. Considering you’re reading this, I’d like to make space for how hard it may be yet, you’re here and one step closer. Whether you’re ready to take the next step or not, the fact is: Therapy is weird yet beautiful.

I wholeheartedly believe that therapy should be a space that feels both safe and wonderfully weird filled with so much growth. Imagine a place where your quirks, fears, and triumphs are not just accepted but celebrated! My approach is all about making therapy feel as normal as it can be while celebrating, sitting with, and overcoming barriers together. I have a passion for working with clients of all ages, starting from the age of 7 and onward. I find joy in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, especially those who identify as BIPOC. Every person, regardless of age or background, brings a unique perspective, and I am here to honor and learn from each of these stories. I also know that language can be a barrier and for those who are Spanish-speaking, I’d like to share that I myself am fluent and will always welcome you here. In our sessions, I enjoy using a blend of therapeutic modalities made to meet you where you are, no matter where that is. I engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps us unravel and challenge thought patterns, while Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides valuable skills for emotional regulation. Additionally, I love to integrate Solution-focused Therapy to explore your strengths and find practical solutions, and motivational modalities to inspire positive change. Beyond the therapy room, you’ll find me lost in my backyard trying to entertain my 2 anxious Chihuahuas while also trying to keep my many plants alive all at the same time.
