“We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never met to.” – Brene Brown
Hello! I am so happy you have started your journey into therapy. As a therapist I want to provide a safe and healing space to be vulnerable and grow into the wonderful person you are. My approach is to start where you are comfortable. I love to use humor and other modalities to help with the process of working through difficult topics in life. I have worked in many settings of hospitals, nursing homes, adult drop in centers, schools and clinic setting to help frame my approach. My favorite therapy modalities are, CBT, Mindfulness, strengths-based, relational, trauma-informed therapy, and motivational interviewing. Through these approaches I love to listen to feedback and navigate in a way that is person-centered. I work with individuals 7 and older who are experiencing, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, family conflict, and caregiver stress.
Outside of work I enjoy finding new recipes to cook, spending time on the lake and exploring new coffee shops.
