Starting therapy can be scary and I want to make sure you have a safe space and are as comfortable as possible throughout this journey. As a therapist, I firmly believe that each person possesses the resilience and strength needed to navigate life’s challenges and emerge stronger. I specialize in working with children, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their experiences, process their emotions, and rebuild their lives. I understand the complexities and sensitivities involved in these situations and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
As a warm person-centered therapist, I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients develop coping skills, manage symptoms, and cultivate resilience. I believe in empowering my clients to take an active role in their healing journey, and work collaboratively with them to set achievable goals and work towards positive change.
Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and I honor the trust that clients place in me. I am dedicated to walking alongside you every step of the way as you embark on the path to healing and self-discovery.
I graduated with my Master’s of Science in Co-Occurring Disorders Recovery Counseling from Metropolitan State University and I am currently licensed as an alcohol and drug counselor. I am working towards my licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor under supervision. In my free time I enjoy playing softball and volleyball and being outside.
