Everyone deserves a safe place to be vulnerable and honest without the fear of judgment or rejection. It can be stressful to feel alone inside your own mind, and it is my goal to provide the comfort and support you need to let others in. My approach to therapy starts with a cultivating trusting relationship with you. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, you and your partner, or your family, I promise to do my best to authentically show up for you and your loved ones. While my education and training may guide our practice together, I believe you are the expert on your experience and the approach we use will be person-centered. I have training in supporting folks of all ages experiencing mental health crises, college students and the various paths they’re on, as well as adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral concerns at school and home. As a member and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a strong passion for working with individuals finding their identities. No matter where you might be in that journey, I would be honored to face it with you.
In my personal time, I enjoy playing games and adventuring with my partner and our cat and dog, rock climbing, video games, and reading. I also have a passion for learning new things and continuing to grow as a person and friend. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time, searching for the right fit, or just looking for a new perspective, I look forward to meeting you and helping you see your strengths and potential in a new light. I can’t wait to learn about all the wonderful things that make you who you are.
