I believe that everyone can benefit from going to therapy. There are many advantages, whether it be from sharing something with someone you’ve struggled to say before, to truly being heard for the first time, or even processing new feelings you didn’t know you were experiencing.
I work with children on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, and behavioral concerns. My approach with children focuses on creating a safe and engaging space where they can express themselves through play, crafts, and creative activities. By doing so, I help children explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience in a way that meets their developmental and emotional needs.
I also work with individuals 18 and older who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-confidence issues, grief, and other emotional concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward greater emotional well-being. Mental health concerns are deeply personal experiences that requires a safe and supportive environment to process, and I am committed to honoring each client’s experiences while helping them navigate their unique journey.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person centered technique while also incorporating techniques from narrative therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Outside of work, I love to do crafts and go on adventures in nature with my dog. I look forward to meeting you and beginning this journey together.
