Finding resilience when you’re being weighed down by life’s stressors can feel impossible sometimes. But reaching out for support is one of the bravest ways to kickstart growth and healing. I feel privileged to offer you a compassionate space where you are free to explore your identities, challenges, strengths, and fears without judgement. My clients often describe me as warm and down-to-earth. I aim to form meaningful connections and help guide you toward your most free and authentic self.
I take an individualized therapeutic approach to each client, centering your unique goals at the heart of your treatment. I am trained in somatic therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic exploration. I often work with clients who are processing trauma, going through life transitions, or healing from anxiety or OCD. I especially enjoy helping my clients reconnect with their passions and build self-esteem. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about working with people who hold these identities, as well as folks of all ages who are interested in exploring their gender and/or sexuality. I am rooted in my commitment to continually address systemic oppression and advance social justice movements.
Whether you are coping with a loss, navigating something messy, or laughing your way through growing pains, I got you. I would love to hear your story.
