Therapy is a sacred, safe space. My goal is for you to always feel supported and to feel comfortable showing up authentically in therapy. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find a path towards healing and self-discovery. My journey in the field of therapy has been deeply rewarding, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I see teens and adults, and love working with emerging adults as they navigate life transitions such as college, relationships, and parenthood. I am trained in advanced perinatal mental health and have a deep passion for supporting individuals navigating pregnancy-related challenges, including pregnancy loss and infertility. I have worked in the counseling field for over ten years, specializing in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life stressors, and school stressors.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is an eye-movement therapy designed to decrease the emotional reactivity and distressing symptoms experienced following stressful or traumatic events. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Through empathetic listening and collaboration, I assist individuals in gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth Together, we will work collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies for change.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing with my kids, traveling, and walking around nearby lakes. I am looking forward to meeting you!

I offer therapy in French and English (or a mixture of both). I also speak Italian, but am not able to provide full sessions in Italian.
