Hello and welcome! My name is Hannah (she/her).
When life gets tough, we don’t need to face it alone. I believe you are the expert of your life and that therapy should be about your needs at your pace. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel validated and supported as you explore your identity and therapeutic goals.
I use person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches to therapy guided by systems theory and feminist theory. Utilizing elements of narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, I can help you discover (or rediscover) your inner strengths, values, and motivations while cultivating new skills and perspectives. I am passionate about working with adults of all ages through all stages of life.
I received my Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and my Master of Social Work degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I have worked extensively with diverse and marginalized populations in the Twin Cities area.
