Within this space, connection, authenticity, and openness will be the focus of our therapeutic experience together. My aim in our sessions is to cultivate a secure and non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to express yourself freely. My commitment to you is to make sure that you are truly heard, understood, and approached with warmth and compassion. Together, we will dive into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without reservation or fear of critique. Whether you’re facing challenges or celebrating victories, I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way. I would be honored to meet you where you are, and from there we can move at a comfortable pace.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, drawing from elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths-based therapy. Using these modalities, I aim to help you overcome obstacles and thrive.
When I’m not in the office or at school, I enjoy reading, crocheting, listening to music or podcasts, and spending time with my loved ones.
