A wise man once told me, “It’s too late to go straight but it’s never too late to go forward” and I wholeheartedly agree. No matter where you’re at in life, my goal as your therapist is to ensure that you have a safe and secure place to feel heard without judgment as you navigate through this season and keep pushing forward, no matter how difficult that may be. I work with individuals and couples (ages 12 and older) experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, interpersonal conflict, PTSD, difficulties with life transitions, and more. I know that finding a therapist can be daunting (I’ve been there), and if you decide I’m not a good fit, that’s okay, and I’d love the opportunity to meet you and find out. You’ve got this! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and reading
