As a fellow human who has been in therapy herself, I know how scary it can be to seek help, and I’m so proud of you for taking the first step in doing so. We all have our own unique story and life experiences, and my goal as your therapist is walk alongside of you as you navigate through this current season in life, providing you with a safe and secure place to feel seen and heard, without judgement, as you begin the healing process.
I currently work with individuals and couples (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, trauma, and difficulty with life transitions. I also work with victims and survivors of domestic violence. I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach informed by CBT, DBT, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and systems theory.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my son, getting together with friends, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and reading.
