Welcome and I’m so proud of you for making it this far! Therapy can be intimidating, so I am here to support you and walk with you on your journey. My philosophy is that you are the expert in your own experiences and I am just along to help guide you as you need.
I specialize in working with children, aged 6 through 18, and adults facing diverse challenges. I have a specialty in working with individuals facing life transitions, OCD, grief/loss, perinatal/postpartum, confidence building, trauma, and social skills building. In sessions, my goal is to create a safe and comfortable place for you to be your authentic self and to listen and understand you as you tell your story. I take a client-centered and strength-based approach and specialize in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Personally, I enjoy spending time with my animals, family, and friends. I play the flute in community bands in the area and I enjoy crafting and being outside when the weather is nice.
