Therapy can be an enjoyable experience where you are giving yourself dedicated time to learn about who you are.
I want to assist you in gaining insight into past lived experiences that are influencing your day-to-day life today. I believe that if you can develop insight and understand the “why” behind your thoughts and behaviors, you have more knowledge to implement lasting change. Together we can figure out what makes you, you.
If you are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, facing a life transition, struggling with substance use, or simply find yourself saying “things could be better than this”, I would enjoy supporting you in identifying realistic solutions.
I obtained both my Masters in Integrated Behavioral Health and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health symptoms as well as people who are utilizing substances to cope with life’s challenges.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, spending time with my kids, cooking new recipes, and traveling with my family.
