Mental health concerns can be as confusing as trying to follow a French recipe when you don’t speak French. Let’s translate the recipe for life into words you understand and bon appétit!
My approach is to assist you in processing and understanding your thought patterns so that you can identify and put into practice real solutions.
Whether you struggle with a history of trauma, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, lonely, or wanting to learn effective coping strategies and communication skills, my focus is to ensure that you feel supported, heard, and that each session feels productive.
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology degree at Crown College in St. Bonifacius Minnesota.
Outside of the mental health profession, I enjoy playing music, cooking, making maple syrup, spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and hiking.
