Therapy can feel uncomfortable, awkward, vulnerable, and deeply healing all at once, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable, human, and grounded in genuine connection. I’m deeply committed to anti-oppressive practice and working across culture, identity, and gender expression. As an immigrant myself, I understand some of the challenges that can come with navigating identity, belonging, family expectations, and existing between different worlds and cultures.
I especially enjoy working with BIPOC individuals, immigrants, neurodivergent folks, and people of all genders and identities. I work with children ages 6+, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS-informed parts work, motivational approaches, strengths-based therapy, and play therapy techniques to support each client’s unique needs and goals. I am also fluent in Spanish and can provide therapy services in Spanish.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me caring for my plants, catching up on my TV shows, and walking my two senior Chihuahuas. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
