I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, seen, and empowered. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with individuals 18 and older who are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, substance use, and identity exploration. I especially enjoy supporting BIPOC clients and those navigating cultural, relational, or intergenerational stress. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your goals. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your narrative. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you uncover strength, self-awareness, and tools that actually work in your real life. You get to be the expert in your own story, and I’m here to support your growth at your own pace.
Outside the therapy room, I love traveling, discovering new hobbies, and diving into conversations that make you think or laugh (or both). I’m also a gym-goer who’s currently training for a 5K. If you’re ready to explore, heal, or simply have someone walk with you through the messy middle, I’d be honored to connect.
