Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s not always easy to know where to begin. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard without judgment. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to meet you where you are as we work together toward your goals. My approach to therapy is primarily client-centered, meaning I focus on building a strong, supportive relationship and tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. I also draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors and develop practical tools for change. I am committed to learning and growing in ways that best support the people I work with. I work with clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and identity exploration. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for greater self-understanding, I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences and moving forward in a way that feels meaningful. Before beginning my practicum, I worked as a psychometrist, where I gained experience in psychological assessment and developed a strong attention to detail, empathy, and understanding of diverse client experiences. This background helps inform my thoughtful and individualized approach to care. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, writing, and playing music. Taking the first step can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you in your process.
