Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Life brings a lot of ups and downs, and through it all, it takes courage to invest in your journey. Therapy is a space for honesty, growth, and healing. I provide a person-centered approach and a space for you to be yourself without judgment. I trust that you are the best expert on your own life, with the resilience and capacity for meaningful change.
I will tailor my modality approach to fit your individual needs, but I enjoy working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I seek to support you towards a life filled with greater psychological flexibility and values that are important to you. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Bethel. Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me with a cup of coffee, a great audiobook, or enjoying nature. I believe healing can be both challenging and hopeful, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
