Accredited Supervision Training

CARE Counseling is thrilled to offer an in-house supervision training program for our emerging and current supervisors to support CARE’s dedication to investing in the ongoing learning and development of our team! This training will prepare our future supervisors to meet CARE’s standards of providing excellent, ethical, accountable, and culturally responsive supervision.   

At CARE, the mission is “Building a Community to Strengthen the Community,” by providing a clinical environment that embraces learning, professional growth, and excellent training. CARE is committed to providing exceptional supervision and provides free high quality professional training for supervisors to support quality care for clients.  

CARE offers internal supervision training at no cost to the provider. The CARE Supervision Training Program is approved for 50-hours of continuing education by the Minnesota Board of Psychology, Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy, Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, and Minnesota Board of Social Work. Following completion of the CARE Supervision Training Program, independently licensed team members are also eligible to apply to become a board-approved supervisor.

CARE Counseling is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education (CE) for psychologists. As such, the CARE Supervision Training Program has been developed to meet these accreditation standards.   

CARE also offers ongoing accredited CE programming on various topics throughout the year. CARE’s training platform offers greater accessibility for their clinicians to receive quality accredited CE training, to support them in providing excellent care to the community.
