I believe that therapy is an investment you can make in yourself, your growth, and your future. I’m glad you’re here and open to that investment. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, I provide a compassionate and down-to-earth space for clients to explore life’s challenges and move toward lasting personal growth.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Augsburg University and a Masters in Integrated and Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota. Whether you’re looking to overcome something painful or simply gain greater clarity and purpose, I tailor our work to fit your goals and your story.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, playing sports, and discovering new foods. These personal joys remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and living fully—values I bring into my work with clients as well.
If you’re ready to take the next step, or even just curious about how therapy might help, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Sometimes, showing up is the most powerful first step.
