Hi! I’m happy you are here. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered. I believe counseling is most effective when it is collaborative and centered on your individual goals and experiences.
My approach is flexible and grounded in mindfulness and cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT). My professional and volunteer experiences have led me to work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, reinforcing the importance of trust and compassion in the healing process. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences.
Outside of the counseling space, I enjoy reading and cooking as ways to relax and stay inspired. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you as you navigate your growth and change.
