Welcome! I recognize the courage that it takes to seek out support of any kind. My desire is to honor that bravery by creating an empathetic, authentic, individualized experience for you to begin your process of healing. I strongly believe that we were not created to face life’s difficulties alone. I feel honored and humbled to have the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey. I have experience working with adults ages 18 and older working through depression, anxiety, trauma, and panic disorder. I also have a unique passion for working with athletes. In sessions, I utilize several evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I desire to collaborate with you to develop coping skills, work through unhelpful thoughts, and uncover the values that bring meaning to your life. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing board games or card games, playing in volleyball leagues, and spending time with friends and family.
