I believe in the transformative power of therapy as a safe space to explore the depths of our emotions, thoughts, and identities. As a therapist, I am committed to fostering an environment of empathy, trust, and non-judgment where you can freely express yourself and navigate life’s challenges while feeling empowered.
I specialize in supporting a diverse range of clients, including young adults, adults, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals, while addressing concerns such as trauma, sexual orientation, gender identity, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and more. I draw from evidence-based and client-centered modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. These approaches allow me to provide comprehensive and effective support as we navigate the complexities of your experiences together.
Outside of the office, I love to read, travel, spend time with friends and family, and improve my pickleball skills. Those closest to me would describe me as empathetic, outgoing, and (sometimes) funny. Thank you for considering me as someone to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I’m excited for our work together!
