Within this space, we will focus on creating a therapeutic experience that prioritizes connection, authenticity, and openness. My aim in our sessions is to hold a secure and non-judgmental environment so you can express yourself freely. My commitment to you is to make sure that you are truly heard, understood, and approached with warmth and compassion. Together, we will dive into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without reservation or fear of critique. Whether you’re facing challenges or celebrating victories, I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way. I would be honored to meet you where you are, and from there we can move at your pace.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, which prioritizes a strong, foundational relationship between the therapist and the client as a jumping off point to create change. I also draw from elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solutions-focused therapy. I really enjoy working with people who are experiencing life transitions, relationship issues, grief, anxiety, and depression. As a queer-identifying woman, I love to work with people within the LGBTQIA+ community to uplift and support their needs.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy reading, listening to music or podcasts, being outside, and spending time with my loved ones.
