My mission as your therapist is to accompany you on your unique path to healing and self-discovery. I am here to listen, support, and empower you, while also gently and respectfully encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone for transformation to occur. I am dedicated to providing a warm and compassionate space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and reflect on your values, beliefs, and purpose as you embark on your personal journey of growth. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, addiction, loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I will collaborate with you to help you achieve your goals. Together, we will navigate the complexities of life and work towards deeper self-understanding. I enjoy helping people find their larger purpose in life and make meaning from their challenging experiences. I am passionate about helping individuals confront life’s most profound questions.
As a therapist with a specialized focus in trauma, I understand the immense impact that traumatic experiences can have on one’s life. Because each individual’s experience is different, I will tailor our sessions to your specific needs and comfort level. Our sessions will be guided by your pace, with a deep respect for your boundaries, as we process the past and help you build resilience for the future. I will support you as you reclaim your life and find a sense of personal strength and inner peace. You don’t have to face trauma alone.
I serve individuals and couples. My therapeutic work is relationship-focused and person-centered. I take an active approach that will invite you to engage your life with deeper curiosity, mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance as you experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others. Your well-being is at the heart of our therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to assisting you in finding the insight and tools you need to thrive. Let’s journey together!
