My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to address your concerns and walk alongside you as we find solutions together. I use a collaborative approach by meeting you where you are at and tailoring interventions to best meet your needs. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, supportive, solution-focused, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I work with adults, ages 18+, to address general mental health concerns. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, with a particular passion for working with clients going through infertility, pregnancy/infant loss, birth trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In my free time I love to practice yoga, walk, read, and spend time with my family and friends. I look forward to being part of your growth journey!
