Nicole Dahl joined St. Louis Park based CARE Counseling in August 2022 as Vice President of Marketing. In the last 18 months, she helped the mental health services company launch a sub-brand, CAREfree Counseling, that is on pace to generate $500,000 in its first year; launch a learning portal with MINNdependent to teach Minnesota’s private and independent school teachers about social and emotional health; double the company’s market penetration in 2022; reconfigure the company’s hiring pipeline to leverage automation; grow clinical staff by 72%; launch an internal employee website; and more. Since Dahl took over the marketing, CARE Counseling has become the fifth fastest-growing company in Minnesota.
