I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has a story that deserves to be heard and validated. Therapy is a space where you can be unapologetically yourself and have another human sit with you as you share your pain and suffering. I believe you are the expert of your situation and yourself and you have the answers you are looking for, you just need a safe, judgment-free, and caring space to explore those possibilities. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you with compassion and empathy as you explore your experiences, emotions, view of self, and relationships with others.
I primarily work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and trauma. I use a person-centered approach that includes aspects of CBT, relational, emotion-focused, and trauma informed therapy. I am dedicated to using an individualized approach, tailoring treatment to fit my clients, their lifestyle, and individual needs.
I received my Masters degree from the University of St. Thomas in Counseling Psychology and I am licensed professional clinical counselor.
When I’m not at work, I love reading, cooking, spending time with my loved ones, trying new restaurants or coffee shops, and doing yoga!
