Creating a safe space to fully be heard and understood is the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. It is my hope that you get to share your true self in our sessions. For many, that often comes from working to discover more about who they truly are, rather than who they have always been told they had to be. I work to meet clients where they are and strive to assist in them building a life they enjoy. I use an integrated person-centered approach that incorporates insight orientation, skill building, and a strength based systemic perspective. Additionally, I provide trauma informed care for individuals and couples. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) from EMDRIA as well as training from Behavioral Tech on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that can be incorporated during sessions. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
