My approach to therapy is to build a positive therapeutic relationship at your pace and work toward the goals you would like to accomplish. Think of me as your “co-pilot” during this process. I want to be a support to you and offer a safe place for you to communicate your worries and explore solutions together as a team.
A bit about me: I am very down-to-earth and spend most of my time outside therapy with my family, friends, and boxer dog.
