I believe the essence of therapy is to provide a safe, compassionate, and comfortable place for clients to express themselves without judgment. Within the therapeutic relationship, I believe the therapist acts as a guide to help their clients increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and personal understanding so they feel comfortable making choices that will help them live a healthier, happier life.
My experience is primarily with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, severe and persistent mental illness, and personality disorders. In addition, I have experience working with adults who have been incarcerated or are on probation for criminal/legal issues, including sex offenses.
I look forward to helping you with your personal growth!
