Are you an individual that is ready to work on their emotional connection, increase their communication, or needing support during life transitions? If so, I think I’d be a good match for you! I enjoy helping those who have experienced stressful things in their lives process and understand the emotions that come along with this. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults.
In seeing me for therapy, clients can expect that I will go at your pace and spend time building connection and trust. I enjoy using humor when appropriate and getting to know your interests. I work collaboratively to help clients to understand their strengths and to utilize them to help with healing.
As a marriage and family therapist, I enjoy getting to know your background and what led you to being in front of me today. I have worked in a variety of settings such as; outpatient, inpatient treatment, school based, in-home, and crisis services. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also have experience working with those who struggle with body image, self-esteem, communication issues, attachment concerns, depression, anxiety, and those who have or are currently struggling with addiction.
