Natasha Bellefeuille, MS

My name is Natasha and I use she/her/hers pronouns. I am humbled to have the opportunity to work with you. One of the best gifts we can give ourselves is to honor our true thoughts and feelings. Most of the time giving and receiving that “gift” isn’t that simple and we often need help to do this. That is where I come in. As your therapist you can expect that I will show up as my authentic self and help you throughout our sessions providing empathy and empowerment for you to navigate your own authentic self and your life challenges. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, and together, we will identify resources and implement skills to live out your life with meaning and authenticity.

At CARE Counseling, I provide individual therapy with people who have many identities. My particular interest is to discuss “this thing called life” and the many layers that come with that. Specifically, I support adolescents (approaching adulthood) and adults with their career/educational goals and overall-life challenges/transitions. My approach is person-centered; I believe that each person’s lived experiences are valuable and that you are acknowledged as the driver to your life. I utilize positive psychology methodologies and validate your identities and understand that each person has their own story, and this story is very important and on-going.

My Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is in Psychology with a Studio Art Minor from Augsburg College. My Master of Science (M.S.) degree is in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I am a first generation college student; the first in my family to earn a college degree. I have worked in Higher Education settings as an Academic Advisor for seven years; where I’ve supported people with achieving their academic and career goals while providing specific attention to their individual well-being. My personal interests are cooking, traveling, art and playing games (board and video). I’m currently working under supervision towards my licensure for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am looking forward to meeting with you!
