First of all, I am glad you are here. Whatever you are going through I am here to help. I am naturally curious about learning how your life experiences shape your life. I am dedicated to making a nonjudgmental safe space for you to express, explore, and heal. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey. I am dedicated to building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore and grow.
I am a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and solution-focused therapy. I work with clients 13+ who are struggling with transitions in life, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, and relationship struggles. I also enjoy working with couples and families. My passion is working with those struggling through transitions in their life and college-age students.
I have 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. I received my bachelors degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and my master’s degree from Adler Graduate School. My practicum experience was based on trauma-informed care and working with those who have struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder. My prior experience is heavily rooted in working with clients who have autism, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I am currently working toward my licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy under supervision. I look forward to helping you on your healing journey.
