Meet Matt, a psychotherapist with over half a decade of experience helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression. With a warm and compassionate approach, Matt offers a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Matt’s background in trauma-informed care has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the impact that traumatic events can have on a person’s mental and emotional well-being. He has extensive experience helping individuals recover from trauma, manage anxiety symptoms, and overcome depression.
In addition to his work in individual therapy, Matt is a speaker, delivering presentations on topics such as trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression. He is passionate about spreading awareness and educating others on the importance of mental health and the various strategies and techniques that can be used to support it.
Matt is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association and the Minnesota Psychology Association. When he’s not helping individuals in therapy, he enjoys volunteering, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with his family.
