I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. Having the opportunity to openly talk about your problems in a safe place with a caring and understanding person can be incredibly healing. My goal as a therapist is to help you build a better relationship with yourself and accept your own emotions as you experience them. I value trust and honesty in hopes of making therapy a positive and healing experience.
Every ones story is unique to them and every one faces different hurdles, I am dedicated to using an individualized approach to counseling. Learning skills that are personally tailored to fit your lifestyle and individual needs. I work with adults, adolescents, and children struggling with depression, anxiety, life stressors, and have a special interest in eating disorders and LGBTQIA+ related counseling.
I have a BA degree in psychology from the university of Minnesota twin cities, and a MA degree in counseling psychology from Saint Mary’s university and am under supervision while working towards independent clinical licensure.
