We all long to be seen, known, and understood. When we are experiencing distress – whether due to a major crisis, a life event that seems small, or simply a feeling that something isn’t right – therapy provides a place to process emotions and work toward a sense of peace. I look forward to coming alongside you and creating a trustworthy place for you to tell your story.
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Currently, I attend Bethel University and am obtaining a Master’s degree in Counseling. I am working under supervision as I progress toward full licensure. My therapeutic practice is person-centered, affirming, creative, and informed by narrative theory.
When I am not practicing therapy, I love to travel, cook, read, and spend time with my family. I love to explore the world and try to get outside everyday, regardless of weather! My office is a safe space for you to be wholly present and real. I look forward to learning your story and getting to know you soon.
