As a person who knows about mental health in personal ways, I recognize the value of support and validation one can get through therapy. I see things through a a relational lens and believe the cornerstone to good therapy is building a warm and trusting relationship with clients.
In my practice, I provide individual, family and couples therapy to people who are age 12 to adults. I have a special interest in the neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ communities. As well as depression, anxiety and trauma.
I graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My therapeutic work pulls from many different theoretical backgrounds, but often, I use solution focused therapy and attachment theory.
I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota as an adult. I enjoy knitting and crocheting as well as crafting and hiking. I also enjoy spending time with my family and our puppy. I am excited to talk with you soon!
