“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.” -Carl Rogers
As your therapist, I will offer a purely nonjudgemental space for us to explore who your authentic self is and together we will forge a path to a life worth living. With me, you can expect curiosity, open-minded presence, and a holistic approach to healing. I believe wellness is a combination of mind, body, and spiritual practices. I enjoy incorporating a variety of modalities into our work together, including but not limited to: art, writing/poetry, play, nature, or any other expression that you might resonate with.
I use a client-centered approach to therapy informed by mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, existential therapy, attachment theory, feminist theory, trauma-informed therapy, and internal family systems therapy.
I specialize in working with folks over the age of 18 who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression, identity confusion, unstable relationships, struggles with setting boundaries, working through trauma, grief and loss, sexual exploration, or looking to get in touch with their mind, body and spirit.
In my free time, I love traveling anywhere and everywhere, reading, or tending to my plant children.
