My therapy approach is person-centered, incorporating dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and attachment style.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the U of M Twin Cities and my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
