You don’t have to know what’s wrong to know that you are struggling. Together we can solve any problem. My goal as a therapist is to hold the concerns you feel ready to discuss in session and support you in the journey toward healing, mindfulness, and positive change. I believe you are the expert in your life and will approach each session with curiosity, empathy, and compassion. I offer a safe space for you to navigate reflection and personal growth in a non-judgmental environment. I see the best in my clients and believe everyone has the ability to reach their full potential. I value empathy and authenticity in my work and will use these to guide you through self-exploration and discovery. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults struggling with the effects of anxiety, depression, body image concerns, low self esteem, grief/loss, family conflict, trauma, eating disorders and health concerns. I also have experience with adoption, relationship concerns, and navigating major life transitions. Congratulations on taking this next step in your mental health journey. I look forward to working with you soon!
