While everyone can benefit from seeking therapy at some point in their lives, this can feel scary and unknown. It takes courage to seek support. I am passionate about making you feel seen, heard, and supported as you begin this journey to increase awareness about yourself. You deserve a designated time where you can process difficult emotions, explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and work on making any desired changes toward growth and healing.
I value the importance of meeting you where you are and creating a safe and non-judgmental space to share your story and your struggles. You can expect to be met with empathy, kindness, and compassion in a therapeutic relationship that is affirming and collaborative. No two therapeutic relationships are exactly alike so I tailor my approach to what is most effective for you, your family, and our work together.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are in need of support and have the willingness to grow and reflect. We will work together to empower you to make positive change, building an environment where you feel safe, accepted, and supported.
