While everyone can benefit from seeking therapy at some point in their lives, this can feel scary and unknown. It takes courage to seek support. I am passionate about making you feel seen, heard and supported as you begin this journey to increase awareness about yourself. You deserve a designated time where you can process difficult emotions, explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and work on making any desired changes towards growth and healing.
I value the importance of meeting you where you are at and creating a safe and nonjudgmental space to share your story and your struggles. You can expect to be met with empathy, kindness and compassion in a therapeutic relationship that is affirming and collaborative. No two therapeutic relationships are exactly alike so I tailor my approach to what is most effective for you, your family, and our work together.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are in need of support and have a willingness to grow and reflect. We will work together to empower you to make positive change, building an environment where you feel safe, accepted and supported.
