Jessica Fredericks

Hello there! I am glad you are taking the first step to better your mental health, I know it can be hard and sometimes scary. I am here to help this process be as easy and comfortable as possible. My goal is to assist you in making your quality of life better by doing what we can to reduce any and all stressors. Being happy is not something that is out of reach, it is something you deserve and can achieve.

I mainly work with adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustments/life changes, stress self-esteem, self-worth, and relationship/interpersonal issues. I also have experience working with adolescents with similar struggles.

I have a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I am currently a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas (MN) Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where I will be graduating with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.

I am so excited to meet you!
