Hannah Wozniak

Life is challenging and can throw unexpected circumstances your way. I strive to have a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to express themselves and their challenges. Within this environment, I strive to help you feel heard, validated, and supported on your therapeutic journey.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of backgrounds. I enjoy helping clients work through relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, anxiety, depression, spirituality, self-worth, and identity.

My goal is to help you work through your emotions and thoughts and develop skills to help with your concerns and future situations. I am originally from Northwest Indiana and obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from St Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN. I am currently in my masters program at the University of St Thomas and am concentrated in marriage and family therapy. In my free time I can be found hiking, dancing, or playing with my golden retriever.
