Every person is born with the potential for happiness. Life, however, can get in the way at times. No matter the circumstances or challenges that have led you here, I’m glad you made it. In my practice, I seek to create an inviting space for people to rest, heal, and explore their life experiences.
I am passionate about helping adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life transitions and mental health challenges including ADHD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. It can be challenging as a parent to see your child struggle, and I am here for the entire family system throughout the therapy process.
The majority of my practice focuses on helping clients to achieve their goals and healing through introspection and therapeutic guidance. I approach therapy from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy lens and incorporate Strengths Based strategies into my work. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and adjust my approach to meet the needs of each person I work with.
When I am outside of the office I enjoy running, painting, and cooking. I can often be found spending time with my cat as we take road trips to explore the Midwest.
